Keith Saxton is Director of Banking and Financial Markets, IBM Northeast Europe. Keith is an experienced executive leader who has a deep understanding of the Financial Services industry, and the role that technology plays in developing and executing business strategy. He has over 30 years experience in the industry, prior to joining IBM he held a number executive management positions in the front office of various large international investment and wholesale banks. Within IBM Keith has held a number of industry leadership positions, in his current role he is leading the industry efforts in Europe, in particular Keith is working globally with regulators, central banks, supervisors, and major firms on the implications of monitoring systemic risk and addressing the demands of ongoing regulatory reform.
Laurence Trigwell is the WW Financial Services Executive in the newly created Business Analytics, incorporating Business Intelligence, Information Applications, Financial Performance Management and Advanced Analytics. In this capacity he is responsible for developing and executing IBM Business Analytics Financial Services strategy and sales worldwide and heavily engaged in IBM's broader Financial Services solution strategy, development and sales execution.

Accordingly Laurence works with financial services customers, industry bodies, thought leaders and partners worldwide to understand their insight, analytics and performance objectives, challenges and approaches. As a result he has written and contributed to research articles, whitepapers and books in the areas of improved risk decisioning; sustainable profitability strategies; and increased operational efficiency.

Laurence has more than 25 years financial services experience determining how technology capability can be exploited for business benefit working in all major FS sectors in both client and supplier organizations.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Henley Management College where he specialized in International Business.

Sustainable results delivered through a strong foundation of industry experience in; Credit Risk Management, Marketing, Financial Disciplines, Advanced Analytic Capabilities, and sound Project Management. Experienced in both aggressive growth environments and in orchestrating the turnaround of under-performing lines of business.

As the Global Banking and Financial Markets Information Agenda Leader for IBM's Software Group, Wayne leads the team of consultants and architects who provide clients with industry-specific guidance to help them identify opportunities where they can more effectively use information and information technology.  This work enables clients in generating new intelligence to improve their business performance and create competitive advantage.

The Information Agenda Team works with clients to address all forms of information management needs and best practices including capabilities to: Manage information over its lifetime; Use information as part of business processes; Establish and maintain an accurate, trusted view of information; and Plan, understand and optimize business performance.  In addition, the Information Agenda Team focuses on software solutions to address client's needs in the areas of: Managing Risk & Streamlining Compliance; Gaining Insight through Information; Gaining Control over Master Data; Enabling Business Transformation; Managing Information Complexity; and Lowering Cost through Optimized Information Infrastructure.

Prior to the above roles, Wayne was a Partner in IBM's Global Business Services Consulting practice where he led business development and delivery teams of many US and Global Banks and Financial Markets firms . Also, during this time, he was the GBS Relationship Partner for Capital One.
